J. J. Cranmore is a speaker at various seminars and has published a number of
articles on banking and securities issues.

Mr. Cranmore has been a speaker at various conferences and seminars.


Joseph V. Meaney, Jr. served as class counsel for 70 municipalities and secured a
judgment of $35.8 million against the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority to
recover past overcharges imposed as a result of an illegal unsecured loan to Enron
Corporation. CRRA was also enjoined from imposing more than $6.9 million in
additional overcharges.

Mr. Meaney also represented the construction engineering and inspection services firm
in the Interstate 84 litigation that was resolved in June of 2009.


John C. FitzGerald, Jr. annually lectures to a group of Insurance Agents and
Producers on topics involving Insurance law and ethics.


John P. McHugh has lectured at various banking, regulatory and lending seminars,
and was an instructor in Banking Law with the American Institute of Banking.
