Kyle R. Pavlick
Kyle Pavlick joined the Firm in 2005 and focuses his practice on litigation. He represents a diverse range of clients, including fortune 100 companies and banking institutions, as well as small business owners and individuals. His representation spans a variety of venues and matters, and most frequently concerns companies and individuals in commercial and corporate disputes requiring litigation, negotiation or alternative resolution.
Kyle frequently represents clients in negotiating, drafting and enforcing contracts, collection, construction, employment, commercial foreclosure, personal injury, malpractice, real estate, landlord-tenant, tax appeal, and other general corporate matters. Kyle also provides counsel in labor- management relations and negotiations, collective bargaining agreement interpretation and enforcement, and general disciplinary matters. He also advises businesses and trade associations in an effort to achieve common sense, fair interpretations of Connecticut’s rules and regulations and to shape legislation in an effort to advance their respective business interests.
Kyle practices before state and federal courts, and administrative agencies, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
